New for 2013 is Hidden Beauty UK’s  ‘Customer Service Mystery Shop’ which provides a mystery shopping service which is still fairly detailed but at a price point that most spas and salons can afford. It allows most businesses an affordable entry point to the concept of professional mystery shopping in their spa or salon. This new product focuses more on the general customer experience and journey than the bespoke Expert Mystery Shopping Service, enabling business owners to benefit from independent and impartial observations about their business which will help them to grow.
